Regents Mobile Notary Public is a full service notary that traveles to your home, office, or any location you need!
AS A NOTARY PUBLIC, WE MAY NOT:
- Prepare, draft, select, or give advice concerning legal documents
- Perform acts which constitute the practice of law
- Use the phrase “notario” or “notario publico” to advertise notary services
- Overcharge for notary services
- Notarize a document without the signer being in the notary’s presence at the time of the notarization
- Issue identification cards
- Certify copies of documents recordable in the public records (Driver License, Birth Certificates..)
- Notarize a document without having current ID from the signer, unless they are personally known to me

Notary Fee Schedule
SERVICES include appointments within 60 minutes of contact, 24 hours of mobile notary services for 7 days a week.
FEES are based on the location and time of the notary being performed.
PAYMENT accepted via cash, company check, Paypal or any major credit card.
CANCELLATION policy is one hour prior to signing an appointment otherwise travel fee will apply.
WAIT fees are $1 per minute for the first hour and $2 per minute for each hour thereafter. We offer a 15 minute grace period beginning at the appointment time.

Regular Notary
- $55.00 during normal business hours.
- $30 - $60 Additional after business hours and weekends.

Signing Agent
- Loan signings are a flat rate of $150-$200. Fees are increased for additional services.
- Other administrative office fees (such as courier, color printing, mailing, emailing, scanning, and faxing documents) – Starting at $1.00 per copy
