At Regents Notary, we believe in transparent and straightforward pricing. All standard notarial act fees are set by the State of Texas, and we follow those regulations closely. Additional service fees—such as mobile travel, after-hours appointments, printing, courier, or apostilles—reflect the convenience and professionalism we bring to every signing.

All notarial act fees listed above reflect the maximum amounts permitted by Texas law. Additional fees for travel, after-hours service, printing, courier, apostilles, and other administrative services are separate from state-regulated notarial fees and are agreed upon in advance.
